Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Lewis Fung Immigration Consulting Inc. provides professional immigration consulting services in accordance with the scope authorized for Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs).

Services may include:

  • Immigration consultations and case assessments

  • Strategic guidance on immigration options

  • Application preparation and document support

  • Written submissions and correspondence to IRCC

We do not provide legal advice, legal representation before courts, or services outside the authorized RCIC scope.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

Immigration decisions are made solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or other relevant authorities.

While professional guidance and structured preparation are provided, no outcome or approval can be guaranteed.

3. Consultations

Consultations are provided by appointment only and must be booked in advance.

Consultations are intended to:

  • Review your immigration situation

  • Clarify risks, concerns, and available options

  • Provide strategic guidance on next steps

Consultations do not include application drafting, document preparation, or legal representation unless agreed separately in writing.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Consultation fees are clearly disclosed at the time of booking

  • Full payment is required to confirm a consultation

  • All fees are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD)

Consultation fees are based on reserved professional time and preparation.

5. Non-Refundable Policy

Once a consultation time slot is confirmed:

  • All consultation fees are non-refundable

  • This applies regardless of whether the consultation concludes earlier than the scheduled duration

This policy ensures availability and preparation time dedicated to each client.

6. Duration of Consultations

Consultation durations are indicative and may vary depending on the complexity of the matter discussed.

The consultation fee is based on the reserved time, not the exact number of minutes used.

7. Online Consultations

Consultations are conducted online unless otherwise specified.

A secure meeting link will be provided after booking.

Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate technology.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information

  • Disclosing all relevant facts that may affect their case

  • Reviewing advice and asking questions for clarification

Lewis Fung Immigration Consulting relies on the information provided by the client and is not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete or inaccurate information.

9. Confidentiality

All client information is handled in accordance with professional confidentiality obligations and applicable privacy laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lewis Fung Immigration Consulting shall not be liable for:

  • Decisions made by IRCC or other authorities

  • Delays caused by third parties

  • Outcomes affected by changes in immigration laws or policies

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
