Strategic, Professional Immigration Guidance

Lewis Fung Immigration Consulting Inc. provides strategic, structured immigration guidance for individuals and families navigating complex Canadian immigration matters.

Our work focuses on clarity, preparation, and risk management – helping clients understand immigration concerns, respond effectively, and present well-organized applications supported by clear, relevant evidence.

Our approach is advisory, evidence-driven, and aligned with how immigration officers assess applications and make decisions.

About Lewis Fung

Lewis Fung is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant-IRB (RCIC-IRB), authorized to represent clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).

He works closely with clients facing:

  • Visa refusals and reapplications

  • Procedural Fairness Letters (PFLs)

  • Spousal and family sponsorship cases, including common-law and same-sex relationships

  • Inadmissibility and rehabilitation considerations

Experience and Case Focus

Lewis Fung has handled a wide range of Canadian immigration matters, with a particular focus on complex and higher-risk cases.

His experience includes applications involving prior refusals, procedural fairness concerns, non-traditional evidence, and admissibility issues, where careful analysis and structured submissions are critical to decision-making.

Rather than relying on templates or volume-based processing, each case is assessed individually based on its specific facts, risks, and the concerns raised by immigration officers.

Lewis brings a consultant mindset to immigration matters, drawing on formal training and professional experience in analysis, risk assessment, and structured decision-making rather than assumptions or generic solutions.

A Strategic Advisory Approach

Many immigration applications are refused not because applicants are ineligible, but because:

  • Key issues are not clearly identified

  • Evidence is poorly organized or incomplete

  • Officer concerns are not directly addressed

Our role is to:

  • Identify the real decision-making risks

  • Clarify the officer’s concerns

  • Develop a structured response strategy

  • Guide clients on documentation and next steps

Each case is assessed on its own merits.

No templates. No shortcuts.
